We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. However, due to customization and screen differences, colors and placement may vary slightly.

• Most items are made-to-order.
• Please ensure all personalization details (names, dates, photos, etc.) are correct before submitting.

4. Order Process

Once an order is placed:

• You will receive an order confirmation by email.
• Orders begin processing quickly, so changes/cancellations are only accepted within 2 hours of purchase.
• Once production starts, no changes can be made.

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices are shown in your selected currency. Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments or third-party providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal). We never store your card information.

6. Shipping & Delivery

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of our products, most items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. See our Return Policy for full details.
