Each Twinkle & Twine product is custom-made with love — and we want you to love it, too.

Personalized Items

• All personalized products are final sale.

• We only accept returns if:

  • The product is defective

  • There was a mistake in personalization caused by us

Non-Personalized Items

• Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if unused.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Damaged or Wrong Orders

If your order arrives incorrect or damaged:

1. Contact us within 5 days of delivery

2. Include your order number and a photo of the issue

3. We’ll remake it or issue a refund if it’s our fault

Order Changes / Cancellations

• You may cancel or modify an order within 2 hours of purchase.

• After that, production may have already started.
